F.C. Ziegler Company has made downtown a home for almost 60 years.
It has grown from manufacturing Christian merchandise, to selling it.
"We like the area. We like downtown. It's been great for us. Tulsa's been great for us," said Dennis Ziegler.
His businesses are near 12th and Detroit, more than a mile from the ballpark, but are still seeing a huge hike in property taxes.
In all he says the taxes are going up from $85 to $9,000.
"We're not the kind of business that would attract patrons to the ballpark before or after the game," said Ziegler.
